Despite this verifiable digital record, Anna Ly later informed a state housing inspector that she had never sent any notices or lease extensions. This statement is demonstrably false. DocuSign’s secure record clearly identifies her as the sender, time-stamped and authenticated under the platform’s encrypted audit system.
The message history also lists related correspondence from Jay Allen and Robert Boyajian, further establishing that contract administration was ongoing and actively managed through DocuSign. This contradicts any claim that tenancy renewal notices were not issued or that no active contract existed at the time of the dispute.
