This email chain records Anna Ly’s contradictory statements regarding the 2024 lease extension she previously sent through DocuSign (see Exhibit T21). On March 18, 2023, Anna Ly wrote to Yulia and Michael Gasio:
“I sent Yulia DocuSign about 2 weeks ago, after few weeks DocuSign is not available online. I no longer work for Phat Tran, call him directly.”
Yulia Gasio replied that she had not received any document: “In the last few months I have signed 62 documents using DocuSign… you have not sent me anything. You sent a document to my husband, but not me.”
The next day, Michael Gasio confirmed that the lease file was still accessible in his DocuSign account and stated he would print and have it signed by his wife. This exchange conclusively shows that the 2024 lease extension existed, was transmitted, and was active at the time Anna Ly falsely claimed otherwise.
Despite claiming she no longer represented her father, Anna Ly continued to act as his agent in lease administration and failed to correct the delivery issue. Within three months, Silverstein Evictions filed the eviction action, indicating that the lease was deliberately concealed and closed under her direction.
This exhibit demonstrates that Anna Ly remained active as Phat Tran’s agent during the renewal process and that her denial of involvement directly led to the wrongful lease termination and subsequent fraudulent eviction coordinated through Silverstein Evictions.
