On March 2, 2025, Michael Gasio lawfully notified all parties—Phat Tran, Hanson Le, Steven Silverstein, and BHHS California leadership—of his pro se legal status and his assumption of direct legal responsibility in the wrongful eviction case involving 19235 Brynn Ct, Huntington Beach.

Notice was provided to:

• Steven D. Silverstein (Eviction Attorney)
• Martha Mosier (President, BHHS CA)
• Orange County DA, DOJ, HBPD

All communications were electronically served via documented Yahoo mail and followed by certified postal service receipt, with intent to hold parties accountable under CA Civil Code, Fair Housing violations, and Federal Racketeering statutes.
